In order to satisfy consumers in a timely manner, producers need to focus not only on the production and storage area, but also on how products are supplied to distribution centers or directly to consumers. Transport systems can have a well-structured management through TMS software programs that provide total transparency on the stage of distribution of products and are a central point in relation to reaching maximum levels of production on demand. Transport management systems contain decision logic schemes and calculation algorithms.
