The management process of the ensemble of references it is based on the vehicle components quality assurance by fulfilling requests from the technical documentation and engineering teams. This ensemble contains: the structure and the name of the generic parts of the vehicle, data sharing with the two teams and newly created components. For their quality assurance, but also for their improvement, it has been calculated the added value of each type of request, it has been analysed and stages from their fulfilling have been improved. After this step, the risk assessment has been completed in order to eliminate the risks that emerged during the process , and to analyse what stages of the process can be automatised , which would be the advantages and disadvantages of this decision, but also the costs of implementation.
